Project Description
Are you interested in helping with with concerts, such as assistance with handing out programs, will-call, and more? Currently, our dates & times, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining dates in 2026 are:

We are looking for the following roles to be fulfilled:
Ticket Scanners (2-4): Bring your mobile devices, and help us test-pilot our new ticket-scanning system! Super easy, lots of fun, and you’ll get to stay indoors.

Will Call Warriors (2): You’ll be overseeing, at our Will Call table, the distribution of tickets that have already been purchased. They’ll be in alphabetical order in two separate boxes (A-M, N-Z), and each member of our two-person team will oversee one. We’ll have them all sorted out for you ahead of time.

Front of House Floater (1): You’ll be stationed in front of Will Call, making sure patrons waiting in line are there to pick up the tickets which they already ordered. If they have to buy them, you can walk them to the Box Office (or point the way if need be). Those with Tickets in Hand, you can point the way to one of the Ticket Scanners are red-coated Forum staff to check them in.

Foot Traffic, on corner of Washington & Henry Sts (1-2):
You’ll be directing patrons at the corner of the Washington/Henry St. sidewalk, to one of two lines toward the front entrance:
Left side: Box office line, if they've yet to buy tickets
Right side: Will Call line/Tickets in Hand/Print-at-Home, if they've already bought tickets

Foot Traffic, at front entrance outside (1-2):You’ll be directing patrons outside of the front entrance at the lefthand door, making sure they are in the correct respective lines for Box Office (toward the lefthand door) and Will Call line/Tickets in Hand/Print-at-Home.

Foot Traffic patrol, inside foyer (1-2): You’ll be directing patrons filing into the foyer before the lobby if they’ve yet to buy tickets; and through the Lobby if they‘ve already ordered tickets (& Will Call table, if need be) past the next set of doors, after the red-coated Forum staff check their bags.

Recital Hall Door Duty (1-2): You’ll greet patrons at our Recital Hall door, letting them in for our pre-concert chat at 6:30 p.m., keeping it closed after it starts, while quietly letting latecomers in.
